• Does PMS affect your life so drastically that you dread your period each month? • Do you suffer from moodswings, depression, and exhaustion that you can’t seem to control? • Do you wish that you could just skip a week or two every month because your moods are so unpredictable and energy levels so low?

What if I told you there was a way out, that PMS doesn’t have to ruin your life. Would you want to know the answer?

We’re not usually taught that the foods we eat and the activities we involve ourselves in affect our periods and our entire menstrual cycle. But, they do. The menstrual cycle is more than just “that time of the month”. It is a month-long process in which hormonal changes occur several times. Each of these changes affects our energy, emotions, and even psychology. How well we take care of ourselves in one phase affects how we feel in the each of the other phases.

Supporting and Honoring New Mothers

Connect with other local moms in a new Mom Support group.  This weekly discussion for moms and their babies will create a nurturing, safe and joyul space to explore the emotional, physical and practical aspects of being a mom such as sleep, crying, isolation and more.  Become part of community of new families.
