Intro to Ashtanga Yoga

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! This class meets five times: 7:45 pm – 8:45 pm Thursdays and Fridays for two weeks and one Saturday class 12:30pm-1:30pm.

This five-session course is designed to introduce beginners to the Ashtanga method in a way that is comfortable and accessible. We aim to give you all the tools you need to feel right at home at our studio. Get that extra little attention you’ve been craving before joining a regular class!
